Refund policy

Famestreet provides access to a digital membership platform which is delivered instantly once you subscribe. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms below.

Initial subscription

You have a right under UK law to cancel your initial subscription within 14 days.

Ongoing subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically depending on your plan. Your subscription will continue until you cancel it. Renewal payments are part of the original agreement made at sign-up. The 14-day cooling-off period applies only to the initial purchase, not to renewals.

Renewal payments

Refunds are not provided for renewal payments where the subscription terms were agreed at sign-up. If you do not cancel before the renewal date, the payment will still be taken and is not refundable.

When refunds may be considered

Refunds may be reviewed where required by law. This may include billing errors or incorrect charges. Each request is assessed individually in line with UK consumer law.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future payments. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling does not result in a refund for the current period.
