A Payment Was Taken

If you see a charge from Fame Street, it will relate to a subscription created using your payment details. This may have been set up by you, or by someone with access to your card or device - for example, a family member using your saved information.

You or someone with access to your card or device signed up to Fame Street and created a subscription.
The sign-up process includes clear steps confirming that a paid subscription will begin, but some members later forget they completed this.
If you believe you cancelled, the subscription may still be active if the cancellation was not fully completed.
Subscription charges are automatic and continue until cancelled through your account.
As access to our services is provided immediately after sign-up, all payments are non-refundable once processed.
